Located in Lindfield along Sydney’s Upper North Shore is Emerson, an exciting project by Rudder Developments and Sydney Sotheby’s International Realty. The upcoming residential development features 16 luxury townhouses offering premium fixtures and finishes for sophisticated living.
Coco Republic Interior Design were commissioned for a full scope interior design service including a complete kitchen and bathroom design including fixtures, finishes and equipment, floor plan analysis and CGI renderings. Diana Ribarevski, Lead Interior Architect for Coco Republic Interior Design, comments on the project.
“Both the facade and interiors of Emerson are shaped by the layering of luxurious and sophisticated details to enhance a high end aesthetic. Our aim was to create spaces that are timeless, warm and tactile, as well as comfortable and functional in every possible way.
On the scheme, Diana explains, “we chose neutral colours and natural materials, meticulously planning their placement and application. The connection between internal areas and exteriors including balconies and courtyards was also important, with a focus on maximising usable living space.”
Emerson is unique in the quality of its design and functionality. The townhouses each achieve an environment that is both stylish and inviting.
“The expertise of Coco republic and Rudder Development aligned perfectly and we were able to utilise the highest quality selections for the project. The fixtures and finishes selected for the interiors as well as the overall facade complement the natural surroundings without compromising on cosmopolitan living,” comments Diana.
“Outstanding features include practical galley kitchens, open-plan entertaining with flow to outdoor spaces and lavishly appointed bathrooms with natural stone. Every floor has an abundance of light and cross-ventilation. Importantly, the third floor has been designed as a multi-use space that can be a master retreat, guest room, gym, additional living or home office.”
Emerson offers the best of both worlds, an appealing North Shore location with a tranquil, sanctuary feel.
