Wharfside Living At Its Finest

Coco Republic Property Styling enhance a three bedroom executive apartment in the celebrated and sought after Finger Wharf complex in Sydney’s Woolloomooloo.

This waterfront property was styled with a luxurious feel to complement a high end renovation by Patricia Stewart Design, which sees the entire floorplan bathed with abundance of natural sunlight from expansive windows and skylights. The architectural loft style of the building allows its residents to feel part of the harbour surroundings.

On the styling, Senior Property Stylist Charmaine Coomes says, “the rich accent pieces such as the Coco Republic Astor Dining Chairs in teal velvet, Jonathan Nesting Table and Axelle Rug create this luxurious classic meets contemporary scheme. Placement was carefully considered to maximise flow in the open plan layout.”

The bedrooms are spacious and provide a sanctuary within the city apartment and a unique vertical garden enhances a penthouse style feel. Three bathrooms are renovated beautifully to complement a grand entertainers kitchen and butler’s pantry adorned in Calcutta Oro marble.

To create a layered effect central to styling a home for buyer appear, Charmaine adds, “beautiful rugs, bespoke scatter cushions and art complete each of the rooms for a relaxed environment that potential purchasers look for in an urban home.”
