Brief:
To create a unique, glamorous interior for a client who entertains and uses the apartment for this purpose. It needs to be a space that can be left with very low maintenance required. We were asked to consider the beautiful evening light in coming up with sophisticated scheme reminiscent of New York.
We needed to consider the angles of the apartment’s and non traditional room shapes. We used mirror and silk wallpaper in the Entry and Sitting areas to distract from these issues. The concept was to incorporate luxury and comfort with some neutral base tones and materials that were reflective and textural.
