A dedicated interior design assistant and project coordinator, with Coco Republic for almost 10 years.
With an accomplished career within the administration field, Fiona came across to Coco Republic with a wealth of knowledge that assisted with the commencement of the successful Victorian Property Styling Division.
Providing all the administration for the short term rentals, Fiona successfully tracked all invoicing and payments for the division which aided in the development of long term relationships with leading Real Estate agents. Fiona was not only confided to the office, often going out to site to assist with installs. As the Victorian Property Styling expanded into providing interior design to the display home market, Fiona moved into Project Coordination of this division.
Fiona was initially responsible for ordering and coordinating all the long term projects, which included setting up spreadsheets, ordering inventory, creating inventory codes, liaising with suppliers and developing supplier relationships to ensure furniture deliveries met install dates and finally post install inventory checks. Fiona took the initiative to start providing alternative furniture options for Designers when their initial selections were not available. Fiona’s supplier knowledge was vast and this insight contributed to her promotion to Interior Design Assistant.
This position allowed Fiona’s creative side to flourish with creating presentations, floor plans and selecting furniture for both commercial and private jobs. She is now assisting on a major commercial account and has had the opportunity to successfully complete her own concept ideas for the client. As Fiona approaches a decade of employment with Coco Republic, she looks forward to furthering her career and contributing to the on going success of one of their biggest accounts to date.
