Aperol Spritz Ingredients

These cocktails require four basic ingredients, plus ice.

For 1 Aperol Spritz, you’ll need:


60ml Aperol Aperitivo

60ml Prosecco

30ml sparkling water

Slice of orange to garnish


Aperol Spritz Method

Fill a wine glass with ice, combine equal parts Aperol and Prosecco.

Add a splash of soda water.

Garnish with an orange wedge.
