Coco Republic only delivers to selected locations, you must ensure Coco Republic delivers to your location prior to placing an order;

Collection of Goods from Coco Republic’s warehouse must be prearranged. It is your responsibility to load the Goods into your vehicle, secure the Goods at the Coco Republic Warehouse and to provide all necessary labour and materials required for such purpose. Coco Republic is under no obligation to assist the Customer to load or secure the Goods. You may be required to sign documentation upon collection of your Goods.

Stock availability and delivery timeframes are estimate only and may be subject to change;

You must accept delivery of goods with 21 days from the date you are first notified the goods are available for delivery, or storage fees will apply;

If you cancel your booked delivery within two (2) Business Days of the scheduled delivery date, you will be charged for the pre-arranged delivery costs, the cost of re-delivery and an additional $50 administration fee.

You acknowledge that natural materials are used in the production of goods available for you to purchase and as such colour, shade, tone, markings, texture and veining may vary from samples provided or on display and that the goods delivered may vary from the goods on display

Care Instructions

Ceramic

· When you receive your piece, we recommend you examine your ceramic in good light to establish if there are any potential problems.
· Please note, you don't always need to remove all dirt or stains. They may have historic interest, or it may be impossible to remove them without damaging the piece.
· We recommend before cleaning a whole piece, test clean a small area to make sure you won't damage it.
· Most ceramics can be handled without gloves, as long as hands are clean and dry, otherwise your fingers may leave behind a residue.
· Do not use a dishwasher.
· Avoid using household bleaches or proprietary cleaning products as they can cause irreversible damage.
