Sustainable Luxury at Convesso Concavo

A renowned leader in energy benchmarking and green-building ratings, Australia is currently paving the way in global standards in environmentally sustainable development. And it’s easy to see why, with leading property developers being encouraged to meet innovative green-design targets through national policy.

One of the most exciting projects pushing the boundaries in ecologically sustainable development, is Lend Lease’s Convesso Concavo in Melbourne’s Victoria Harbour. Inspired by reflections on water, Convesso Concavo is the work of renowned architects, Bates Smart, and is one of the first high rise residential developments to truly incorporate green-design through innovative technology such as in-home touch screen displays which show real time and historic data on energy and water consumption, energy efficient lighting and appliances, water efficient fixtures and fittings, and high performance glazing systems. With ecological and aesthetic harmony between it’s built and natural environment, Convesso Concavo is one of Australia’s most environmentally sustainable luxury residential towers.

Using a combination of striking contemporary furniture pieces matched with comfortable classics, Coco Republic Interior Design have created a variety of stylish interior schemes suited to each Convesso Concavo waterside living apartment. Key pieces featured, include the Coco Republic New Hampton 2 Seat Sofa, the Basket Dining Table and the Cobblestone Hex Coffee Table.
