Top Nosh in Stockholm

Whilst in Stockholm last week my wife took me to a fantastic restaurant I have been dying to share with you – Nosh and Chow. She had heard about it because she is a foodie, but chose to take me there because she knows how much I love a good interior fit out.

Completed by one of my favourite European architects – Lazaro Rosa Violan – the interior has a playful yet elegant European feel, with textures aplenty and comfort all around. Surprisingly I recognized much of the seating, as many are stocked here in Australia through Coco Republic. Noticably featured were the Reggio sofa, the Drexel Bar Stools and the Burlington side chair.

One of the best aspects of the interior, I thought, was actually the toilet, which featured incredible ironwork and had seating for guests to mingle while they waited.

Above and beyond the incredible interior was the sensational food and service. The place was completely packed and had the busy vibe of a popular New York City destination. The whole atmosphere was both energetic and inspiring.

Incase you missed my intentions; I am highly recommending you check out Nosh and Chow next time you are in Stockholm. Stay for a few extra drinks after dinner in the upstairs private club Bernies. And keep your eyes out for the launch of their next venture – a hotel, conference center and second restaurant all in the same building.
