- Stocked product is subject to a 20% order cancellation fee.
- Non-stock, custom, bespoke products is subject to a 55% order cancellation fee.
- Floorstock items are non-refundable.
- Availability is as of Quote date. Items not reserved until deposit paid.
- Prices for items on your order are fixed once your order has been confirmed, subsequent price changes either up or down will not be applied to confirmed orders.
- Final payment for items is required to secure delivery.
- Once your items are available for delivery, we will contact you to arrange final payment and arrange a delivery date and time.
- If you are unable to accept delivery within 14 days from the date we first notify you your goods are ready for delivery, a storage fee of $500 (inclusive of GST) per week will be payable until delivery is made. arranged for the goods. Storage fees will be incurred on a weekly basis until delivery has been completed. Your order will not be redelivered until any all storage fees are paid prior to final delivery.
- If there is no one available to accept delivery on the pre-arranged delivery date or you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery date, you will be charged for the pre-arranged delivery costs, re-delivery costs and incur a $50 administration fee.
