Access Failure does not provide grounds for order cancelation.

Coco Republic only delivers to selected locations, you must ensure Coco Republic delivers to your location prior to placing an order;

Collection of Goods from Coco Republic’s warehouse must be prearranged. It is your responsibility to load the Goods into your vehicle, secure the Goods at the Coco Republic Warehouse and to provide all necessary labour and materials required for such purpose. Coco Republic is under no obligation to assist the Customer to load or secure the Goods. You may be required to sign documentation upon collection of your Goods.

Stock availability and delivery timeframes are estimate only and may be subject to change;

You must accept delivery of goods with 21 days from the date you are first notified the goods are available for delivery, or storage fees will apply;

If you cancel your booked delivery within two (2) Business Days of the scheduled delivery date, you will be charged for the pre-arranged delivery costs, the cost of re-delivery and an additional $50 administration fee.

You acknowledge that natural materials are used in the production of goods available for you to purchase and as such colour, shade, tone, markings, texture and veining may vary from samples provided or on display and that the goods delivered may vary from the goods on display

ICONIC Waterloo Receives UDIA Award For Excellence 2019

Coco Republic Partners, Thirdi Group & Milligan Group Win 2019 UDIA Award for Excellence

Sydney based developers Thirdi Group & Milligan group in collaboration with SJB Architecture have taken home the 2019 UDIA Award for Excellence for Urban Renewal and Adaptive Reuse for their new high-end residential development ICONIC Waterloo.

By repurposing an existing, heritage listed structure of 96 apartments set in an urban residential block, the ICONIC Waterloo represents a rare opportunity for property seekers to obtain a unique, architecturally designed residential apartment within one of Sydney’s most sought after areas.

Coco Republic Interior Design was a design partner ICONIC Waterloo to creatively direct the interior furniture and furnishings using CGI technology.

Utilising CGI technology, Coco Republic Interior Design drove the interior styling for the development along with a successful settlement offering by leveraging interior design consultations and vouchers for potential purchasers.

Together with SJB Architects, ICONIC offers the vibrant character and history of the Waterloo locale with a unique level of finishes and fixtures that can be now be viewed in a revolutionary way.

ICONIC Waterloo is Australia's first residential development to employ world class platform, ARTi. Using this state of the art digital technology, The ARTi app, combines virtual reality, geo location and traditional media to deliver a 3D reality experience completely bespoke to the property marketplace.

Potential Buyers can scan any marketing material on the ARTi app to take a virtual step into an ICONIC apartment and with the help from Google Maps, can take a private tour of the development.

With fresh, simple interiors tailored to the urban lifestyle using practical floor plans and natural materials throughout; all whilst maintaining individual personality, Coco Republic Interior Design were drawn the originality of the approach Thirdi Group and Milligan Group have taken to the multi development market.
