Coco Republic Interior Design are delighted to work with Central Element on their latest development on Sydney’s North Shore.

Designed by PBD Architects and brought to life by Central Element, MERA Cammeray is a boutique collection of 15 immaculately appointed residences, due for completion in early 2019. Coco Republic Interior Design is delighted to collaborate on the project, producing the CGI renderings to take the development to market.

With the help of the 3D renders, potential purchasers can imagine themselves at home, as they take a virtual step inside for a private tour of the display suite.

Coco Republic’s National Commercial Manager Charlotte Dub explains, “The MERA development is the perfect example of premium, boutique living geared to downsizers from the local area. To complement a comprehensive marketing campaign by Central Element, Coco Republic Interior Design produced bespoke CGI renders of the apartments. The renders offer a taste of the luxury that purchasers of MERA can expect, showcasing the high end finishes, fixtures and materials through cutting edge digital technology.”

Located in Sydney’s Lower North Shore, the one, two and three-bedroom apartments are a sublime blend of luxury and authenticity. Drawing on a minimalist palette of materials, natural stone and textured timber, Coco Republic Interior Design created a feeling of elegance in their styling in keeping with the atmosphere of the neighbourhood.

Kitchens have been designed to make entertaining easy and pieces from the Coco Republic collection complement high end finishes. The Joker Barstool completes a contemporary kitchen, flowing into open plan dining with the Ray Extension Dining Table, Melrose Dining Chairs and Madison Rug accentuated by the grandiose Herodes Pendant. The styled space evokes a feeling of enviable comfort whilst maintaining contemporary elegance.

Expansive glass sliding doors spill natural light into the living areas, with Coco Republic’s Bennett Sofa and Anders Hide Lounge Chair adding a touch of luxury to these spaces. Meanwhile, chic bathroom suites combine strong lines with romantic curvature.

Ground floor north-facing residences connect to thoughtfully landscaped courtyards, while upper level apartments boast adjoining balconies. A communal rooftop entertaining area offers views of the Sydney skyline and is fitted with a summer kitchen and tranquil courtyard garden. Married with key pieces from Coco Republic’s outdoor collection - including the St Martin Dining Table, St Joseph Dining and Lounge Chairs, the Sugar Side Table, and Stamford Concrete Planters - the outdoor spaces are inviting and imbued with personality and sophisticated appeal.

Charlotte Dub comments, “The synergy between Coco Republic and MERA Cammeray in the high end market is perfectly aligned. We were delighted to showcase the apartments in such a way that allows potential purchasers to connect and explore what this development is all about – a luxurious Australian lifestyle.”
