Designed for a growing family, Coco Republic Interior Design created a sophisticated coastal scheme to reflect the beachside location of this grand home in Burns Beach, WA. A large pendant light suspended in the foyer immediately sets the scene to create drama and emphasise scale, which continues through the home. Neutral colours in materials such as oak, linen and leather are accented with varying shades of coastal blues. Wallpaper was used to create striking features in the bedrooms and rumpus including grassweave, timber and blossom designs. The brief included a ‘man cave’ adjoining the pool and entertaining area where designers created a sanctuary complete with a ping pong table, basket ball hoop, dart board, sports imagery and a giant mural of Muhammad Ali.
