You must ensure goods ordered are capable of effective and safe delivery, including that goods will fit through access areas such as doorways and stairs. We cannot deliver via balcony, inclinators or fire stairs.

Access Failure does not provide grounds for order cancelation.

Coco Republic only delivers to selected locations, you must ensure Coco Republic delivers to your location prior to placing an order;

Collection of Goods from Coco Republic’s warehouse must be prearranged. It is your responsibility to load the Goods into your vehicle, secure the Goods at the Coco Republic Warehouse and to provide all necessary labour and materials required for such purpose. Coco Republic is under no obligation to assist the Customer to load or secure the Goods. You may be required to sign documentation upon collection of your Goods.

Stock availability and delivery timeframes are estimate only and may be subject to change;

You must accept delivery of goods with 21 days from the date you are first notified the goods are available for delivery, or storage fees will apply;

If you cancel your booked delivery within two (2) Business Days of the scheduled delivery date, you will be charged for the pre-arranged delivery costs, the cost of re-delivery and an additional $50 administration fee.

You acknowledge that natural materials are used in the production of goods available for you to purchase and as such colour, shade, tone, markings, texture and veining may vary from samples provided or on display and that the goods delivered may vary from the goods on display

Coco Repubilc Interior Design was engaged to undertake a full interior design scope of works including spatial planning of every apartment type at 9-11 Doohat Ave, North Sydney by Doohat Development. Designers specified finishes and materials for the construction by Lexpol Group for the one to three bedroom apartments and development lobby, in addition to providing concept direction and detailing of all joinery for the kitchens, laundries, wardrobes and bathroom vanities. Bespoke apartment numbering was designed and Coco Republic Interior Design worked closely with the architect Cottee Parker to select external materiality for the building. Designers also selected contemporary furnishings for two display apartments to complement the high end direction of the development and take the property to market.
