Coco Republic only delivers to selected locations, you must ensure Coco Republic delivers to your location prior to placing an order;

Collection of Goods from Coco Republic’s warehouse must be prearranged. It is your responsibility to load the Goods into your vehicle, secure the Goods at the Coco Republic Warehouse and to provide all necessary labour and materials required for such purpose. Coco Republic is under no obligation to assist the Customer to load or secure the Goods. You may be required to sign documentation upon collection of your Goods.

Stock availability and delivery timeframes are estimate only and may be subject to change;

You must accept delivery of goods with 21 days from the date you are first notified the goods are available for delivery, or storage fees will apply;

If you cancel your booked delivery within two (2) Business Days of the scheduled delivery date, you will be charged for the pre-arranged delivery costs, the cost of re-delivery and an additional $50 administration fee.

You acknowledge that natural materials are used in the production of goods available for you to purchase and as such colour, shade, tone, markings, texture and veining may vary from samples provided or on display and that the goods delivered may vary from the goods on display

Care Instructions

Polyester

· Scoop up solids and gently lift off as much of the foreign material as possible.
· Blot out as much liquid as possible with an absorbent white paper towel.
· Clean with appropriate cleaning agents
· Never apply detergent directly to a rug and always test any detergent/cleaning agent on any inconspicuous areas of your rug first and if any damage is noticed then the cleaning solution should not be used. Do not continue to use (cleaning solution) if colour lifts off when blotted with a white paper towel, or if a watermark remains on the rug from the cleaning product.
· Blot dry or dry using a cold air fan.
· Do not rub or scrub rugs as it can cause permanent damage.
· Please note that rugs will wear differently in high traffic areas such as in front of a sofa or in a walkway. This is to be expected and is not a defect.
