TERMS & CONDITIONS
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ANY CUSTOMER (“YOU”) WHO PURCHASES GOODS FROM
SAVEBA PTY LTD TRADING AS COCO REPUBLIC (“US”) AT THE FORTITUDE VALLEY ARCHIVE, AUBURN ARCHIVE OR RICHMOND ARCHIVE HELD BY COCO REBUBLIC. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON THE COCO REPUBLIC WEBSITE DO NOT APPLY TO GOODS BEING SOLD AT THIS SALE.
- Orders will be processed once we receive full payment for goods.
- Full payment must be made on the day of purchase.
- You must pay for the goods by credit card only.
- All stock sold are seconds, clearance, floor-stock, ex-display, ex-rental, repaired goods, or goods that may have a defect.
- Coco republic’s standard warranty (which appears on our website) does not apply to any of the goods sold at the sale, even where they may be factory seconds or ex-rental goods (which are normally covered by our standard warranty). Nothing in this clause however excludes any rights that you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.
- You must inspect the goods before purchase and in purchasing such goods you accept any defects and damage to those goods.
- You acknowledge that you purchased the goods subject to any defects or damage.
- It is a term of the Sale that you must collect any goods that you have purchased at the Sale within five (5) business days from the date of purchase noted on your invoice. If you fail to pick up the goods by this time and date you will be deemed to have abandoned the goods and we will treat the goods as such.
- We reserve the right to deal with such abandoned goods as it deems fit without incurring any liability to you.
- Goods can either be picked up on the day of purchase or Monday to Friday from the date of purchase. Goods can only be picked up from the warehouse the goods were purchased from (Archive).
- Pick-up is to be arranged between the hours of 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- The Archive will not be open on weekends or public holidays for pick up.
- If goods are no longer available for reasons outside of our control (excluding abandoned goods), you will be refunded your payment in full in relation to those goods.
- You must arrange your own collection/ delivery for any goods purchased at the Sale.
- Any delivery carriers (Carriers) available at the Sale to assist with the delivery of your goods are independent third party businesses and are not, in no way or form, affiliated with Coco Republic. If You elect to engage with one of the Carriers, you do so at your own risk and release Coco Republic from any liability.
