Another brilliant project by Woods Bagot, Paramount by The Office Space launched last year and this week won the firm Best Commercial Interior at the Belle Coco Republic Interior Design Awards.
Housed in the iconic Art Deco Paramount House in Surry Hills (once the Australian headquarters for Paramount Pictures), it is The Office Space Group’s more sophisticated offering. Recognising the need for a more prestigious share office environment, it has delivered an unprecedented model that the market has not, until now, managed to conceive.
The space provides 22 handcrafted timber office suites. A contemporary shared workspace honours the building’s heritage with traditional joinery. Timber and brass combine to create a three dimensional ceiling effect. Classic pieces fill the office space with no expense spared. You’ll find the iconics – Eames Time Life, Walter Knoll Leadchair and Molteni&C Gio Ponti. A whisky repository completes the sophistication.
Congratulations to Woods Bagot on a wonderful end result and on the accolade.
