Working with The Keystone Group, Coco Republic Interior Design created an innovative interiors scheme for one of Newtown’s most iconic pubs; the 130 year old Newtown Hotel and new second level eatery The Animal. The modern eclectic design featured exposed brick walls, contrasted with natural timber, steel and leather accents for a relaxed industrial feel. The raw palette from these contrasting textures was balanced with highlights of teal and purple, along with animal motifs introduced through artwork and scatter cushions for personality. With a rock inspired interior and eccentric look, Coco Republic Interior Design added character to the newly refreshed ground floor pub, beer garden and restaurant.
