Conditions of Entry

1.             Coco Republic December Competition (the Promotion) is offered by the Promoter Saveba Pty Ltd trading as Coco Republic located at 24-32 O’Riordan Street, Alexandria NSW 2015 (Promoter).  

2.             This Promotion  is open to all Australian residents, excluding residents located in the Australian States of SA, NT and TAS. Directors, management, employees, officers, and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Entrants must be 18 years and over.

3.             The Promotion  commences on 4th December 2024 at 12:00AM and concludes on  1st January 2025 at 11:59PM (Promotional Period). All times are AEDT.

4.             If you enter the Promotion, you (Entrant) will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

How to Enter

5.             To enter, you must during the Promotional Period:

a)             Sign-up to Coco Republic’s Coco Club Marketing Communications Database via /win-with-coco-republic/

6.             The Winner for the Prize will be drawn on 6th January 2024 at 10AM at the Promoter’s office and contacted within 24 hours.

7.             Winner will contacted via the email they provided.  

8.             If the Prizes are not claimed by 10AM on 6th February 2025, the Winner’s entry will be deemed invalid, and the Promoters reserves the right to conduct further draws at 10AM on 7th February 2025 at the same location as the original prize draw as necessary to distribute the Prize.

9.             If any redrawn Prize is not claimed by 10AM on 7th March 2025, the Prize will be forfeited.

10.          All decisions by the Promoters are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

Prizes

11.          The main Prize to be awarded to the one (1) Winner and includes AUD$1500 Coco Republic Voucher and a complimentary Interior Design Package – Tier 2 ($995).  

12.          If the Prizes are unavailable, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal value, in its sole discretion.

13.          Prizes are recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at the time of printing. No responsibility is taken for any variation In the value of the Prizes.

14.          The Prizes cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoters who may at its sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised Prizes is or becomes unavailable for any reason.

15.          The Promoters will not replace any lost or stolen Prizes or to the extent permissible by law take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the product or after it has been delivered. It is not the responsibility of the Promoters to insure any products.

16.          All decisions by the Promoters are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

Who Can Enter

17.          Entry is open to anyone over the age of 18 who is an Australian resident located in NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT and WA. Entry excludes residents in the Australian States of SA, NT and TAS. (Entrants) Employees and immediate families of the Promoters and their associated companies and agencies are also excluded. Immediate family includes the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.

18.          Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as at the date of entry in order to be eligible to enter the competition.

19.          The Promoter reserves the right to request the Winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency  and/or proof of entry validity or proof of registration ownership in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a Winner cannot provide suitable proof, the Winner will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

20.          The Promotion is a game of chance. The Winner will be drawn randomly and notified as per the terms of the Promotion and notified by email.  

21.          The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an Entrant’s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible Entrant where the Promoter believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

22.          All decisions by the Promoter are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.  

General

23.          To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions with prevail.

24.          The Promoters reserves the right to, at its sole direction and without notice, to amend these Terms and Conditions and disqualify any individual who has breached these Terms and Condition or otherwise interfered with the proper conduct of the Promotion.

25.          These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.

26.          Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoters accepts no liability for any event, circumstances, loss, or expense whatsoever arising from the Promotion.

27.          The Promoters reserves its rights to recover damages or other compensation from any person who breaches these Terms and Conditions.

28.          While Instagram, Facebook, Home Beautiful and Style Magazine may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion, Entrants acknowledge that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Home Beautiful or Style and release Instagram, Facebook, Home Beautiful and Style  from all liability in relation to this Promotion.

Privacy

29.          The Promoters collects Entrants' personal information to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the Entrant may not be able to participate in the promotion. All personal information collected will be dealt with in accordance with Australian privacy laws (defined by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at /privacy-policy/ and Terms & Conditions can be viewed at /terms-and-conditions/ The Promoters will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services to the Promoters for the purposes of conducting this promotion unless compelled or permitted by law.
