WHITE GLOVE COLLECTION

Significant Pieces (Weighing over 10kg, or rugs, lighting or artworks) We coordinate professional collection from your residence. Our logistics partners handle the heavy lifting, ensuring the piece's integrity is maintained.

Decor & Accents (Under 10kg) Smaller items may be returned via courier or presented at any of our 12 Australian showrooms.

POINTS OF NOTE

— To ensure our standards of excellence, items must be in "as-new" condition with original packaging.

— Bespoke, tailored or crafted-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you and are exempt from change-of-mind.

— Clearance products are exempt from change-of-mind.

— A standard transit fee is applied to returns to cover professional handling and collection.

Once your return is verified, the value (minus transit costs) is credited to your Coco Republic account. It never expires and can be used both online and in any of our showrooms across Australia. It’s our way of ensuring that your investment eventually finds its perfect place in your home.

We find that 7 days is the "golden window" for interior curation. It provides ample time to see how a piece interacts with your home’s natural light and existing palette, while ensuring the item remains in the pristine condition required for our next client.

Because these items are particularly sensitive to environmental factors and handling, they require specialized transit. Even if they are under 10kg, we ask that they be returned via our professional couriers rather than in-store. This ensures that delicate glass, fine fabrics, or canvas remains untouched and protected.

While we are delighted to offer complimentary delivery for your initial purchase, a return involves a bespoke collection service. In these instances, the actual cost incurred by our logistics team to safely retrieve the item will be deducted from your final Store Credit. We will always provide a transparent quote for this cost before proceeding.

Bespoke, custom and crafted-to-order pieces are crafted uniquely for you. Because these are one-of-a-kind creations tailored to your personal brief, they cannot be returned or exchanged. This allows our artisans to focus exclusively on your specific vision.
