A considered interior deserves more than a parcel left at the door. Our White Glove service carries your furniture into your home, positions it exactly where you want it, and removes every trace of packaging before we leave.

Delivered by specialist two-person teams who handle fine furniture every day.

The Process

  1. Step 01

    Schedule

    Once your pieces arrive in our warehouse, our team calls to arrange a delivery window that suits you.

  2. Step 02

    Prepare

    Every item is inspected and blanket-wrapped before it leaves us. Floors and doorways are protected on arrival.

  3. Step 03

    Place

    Your pieces are carried to the room of your choice, assembled, levelled and positioned exactly as you would like them.

  4. Step 04

    Finish

    We remove all packaging and debris, walk the room with you, and leave only once you are happy.

Points of Note

  • White Glove delivery is included on eligible furniture within our metropolitan network.
  • Addresses outside our network are quoted individually. Request a custom delivery quote at checkout.
  • Access restrictions such as tight stairwells, lifts or balconies should be raised before delivery.
  • Installation requiring wall fixing, electrical or plumbing work is not included.
  • Older or bespoke pieces may require a site assessment first.

Preparing For Your Delivery

Measure Your Access

Check doorways, hallways, stairwells and lifts against the dimensions of your piece. If anything looks tight, contact our concierge team before your delivery date and we will talk it through.

Clear The Route

Please clear a path from the entrance to the room and move any fragile items out of the way. If a piece is replacing existing furniture, move it beforehand so we can place yours directly.

Be There To Receive

Someone over 18 must be home to direct placement and confirm you are happy with the result. If you cannot be there, nominate someone to act on your behalf.

Is White Glove delivery included in my purchase?

It is included on eligible furniture delivered within our metropolitan network. Your delivery cost is confirmed at checkout, and addresses outside the network are quoted individually.

How long does a delivery take?

Most take between 30 minutes and two hours, depending on the number of pieces, the assembly involved and access to your home. Our team will give you an estimate when they book your window.

What if my piece will not fit through the door?

Measure your access before delivery day and tell us if anything is tight. If a piece cannot be brought in safely, our team will stop rather than risk damage, and our concierge team will help you find a workable solution.

Will you take away my old furniture?

Removal of existing furniture is not part of the service. We take away all packaging from your new pieces and recycle it wherever possible.

Can you assemble or install everything?

Our team assembles and positions your furniture. Anything requiring wall fixing, electrical or plumbing work needs a qualified trade and is not included.

What happens if something is damaged?

Inspect your pieces with the team before they leave and raise anything you notice on the spot. If you find something later, contact our concierge team and we will arrange assessment, repair or replacement.

Do I need to be home?

Someone over 18 must be present to direct placement and confirm the delivery. You are welcome to nominate someone to receive it on your behalf.

Can I change my delivery date?

Yes. Contact our concierge team as early as you can and we will rebook your window. Changes made close to the date may not always be possible.
