This competition is open to all Australian and New Zealand residents. Directors, management, employees, officers, and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoters or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. To enter, you must complete Coco Republic’s Showroom Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) Survey, enter your email address and sign-up to Coco Republic Marketing Communications Member Email Databases via the Showroom Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) Survey. All decisions by the Promoters are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. | |||

5. The Promotion commences on 01 June 2025 6. The Promotion ends on 30 December 2025 7. The Promotion will restart at the first of each calendar month 8. 11. The prize to be awarded to the one (1) winner and includes Coco Republic $1,000 Gift Card, which is redeemable in-store only at a Coco Republic showrooms in Australia and New Zealand. Showroom locations can be found on the Coco Rxepublic website /our-showrooms/The Promoter will automatically send the Prize to the Winners email account used to enter the competition. The Winner must notify the Promoter if the Prize is not received, following notification that they are the Winner. Inability or failure of the Winner to be able to access email account will not be deemed as a valid reason of not receiving their prize and the Promoter in its sole discretion may refuse to reissue the Prize. 12. If the Prize is unavailable, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal value, in its sole discretion. 13. The prize cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoters who may at its sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. 14. The Promoters will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the product or after it has been delivered. 17. Entry is open to anyone over the age of 18 who is an Australian VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD, SA, WA or AKL, New Zealand resident. Entry is not open to residents in TAS, NT or New Zealand excluding AKL. Employees and immediate families of the Promoters and their associated companies and agencies are also excluded. Immediate family includes the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin. 18. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as at the date of entry in order to be eligible to enter the competition. 19. The Promoters reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency and/or proof of entry validity or proof of registration ownership in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoters. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales. 26. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoters accepts no liability for any event, circumstances, loss, or expense whatsoever arising from the Promotion. 27. The Promoters reserves its rights to recover damages or other compensation from any person who breaches these Terms and Conditions. 28. To enter, you must complete Coco Republic’s Customer Feedback Survey, sent to a selection of Coco Club database members. All decisions by the Promoters are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

The Promotion ends on 30 September 2025
The Winner will be drawn on Monday 06 September at 10:00 AM at the Promoter’s office and will be contacted via email within 24 hours.
