1. Conditions of Entry

- If you enter the Promotion, you (Entrant) will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. How to Enter
- To enter, participants must during the Promotional Period must:

- The winner will be drawn on 30th October 2023 at 5PM at the Promoter’s office and contacted within 24 hours.
- Winner will be notified by Instagram Direct Message.
- If the prize is not claimed by 9AM on 10th November 2023, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid, and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further judging at 12PM on 13th November 2022 at the same location as the original judging as are necessary to distribute the prize.
- If any redrawn prize is not claimed by 9AM on 27th November 2023, the prize will be forfeited.
- All decisions by the Promoter are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
3. Prize
- The award to the one (1) winner is the Coco Republic Zurich Occasional Chair in Cocoa Velvet. The value of the prize is $1,895 AUD (Prize).
- If the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserve the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal value, in its sole discretion.
- The prize cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at its sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the product or after it has been delivered. It is not the responsibility of the Promoter to insure any products.
- All decisions by the Promoter are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
4. Who Can Enter
- Entry is open to anyone over the age of 18 who is an Australian or Auckland resident except employees and immediate families of the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies. Immediate family includes the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as at the date of entry in order to be eligible to enter the competition.
- The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity or proof of registration ownership in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

- The Promotion is a game of chance. The winner will be drawn randomly and notified as per the terms of the Promotion and notified by Instagram Direct Message.
