Set in the heart of Sydney’s Northern Beaches, this sleek contemporary new build has been thoughtfully brought to life by Coco Republic’s Interior Design team. The home balances strong modern architecture with warmth, texture and a relaxed coastal sensibility, resulting in interiors that feel both elevated and inviting.
Tasked with translating the client’s vision into a refined yet welcoming family home, this complete interior design approach was centred on creating spaces that were as liveable as they were considered. The outcome is a seamless blend of contemporary and organic design, with coastal influences.
The design story starts in the living room, where materiality and form work together to create a space that feels both grounded and visually striking. Our designers focused on scale and proportion. With expansive interiors and generous ceiling heights, furniture selections needed to be substantial enough to anchor each space while maintaining visual balance. The Veneta Coffee Table in Calacatta Violetta Marble and Soho Side Table help establish a cohesive palette of natural tones and organic forms. Paired with the Norfolk Swivel Chair, the space gains both practical comfort and a subtle infusion of colour, enhancing its relaxed yet refined character.
Designed to support daily life while maintaining a polished aesthetic, the foyer continues this dialogue between clean contemporary lines and softer, organic detailing. From the feather-filled scatter cushions to the refined craftsmanship of the Victor Sofa in Natural, each element contributes to an interior that feels both modern and effortlessly relaxed.
Finally, the outdoor entertaining space celebrates the best of the Australian lifestyle. Using our Malmo Outdoor range, built for outdoor environments with its powder-coated stainless-steel frame, the space is as chic as it is durable. Our design team finished the space with our Tura Round Coffee Table, creating an inviting and cohesive outdoor setting.
