You may check your gift card balance at any time by logging into your account on www.cocorepublic.com.au or www.cocorepublic.co.nz. Alternatively, our showroom staff can assist you in‑store. Please ensure you have your physical gift card or gift card number with you so they can verify the available balance.

Yes, items purchased with a gift card can be returned. The refunded amount will be issued as store credit. No cash refunds will be provided for items purchased with a gift card, and a gift card, in full or in part, cannot be exchanged for cash.

After payment is processed, your Gift Card will be activated within 1–3 business days. It cannot be used for purchases until the activation process is complete.

If your order total is higher than your gift card balance, you can simply pay the remaining amount using another payment method. Your gift card will apply first, and then you’ll just cover the difference with your chosen payment option.
